Abstract

В статье рассмотрены различные подходы к исследованию предпринимательства, выявлены наиболее существенные его характеристики. Применен интегративный подход в исследовании предпринимательства. На основе этого подхода сделано заключение о том, что предпринимательство это новаторская, сопровождающаяся риском активность субъектов экономики, направленная на использование возможностей создания нового капитала и на получение на этой основе различных форм предпринимательского дохода. Новое понимание предпринимательства позволит сблизить различные представления о нем и более точно определить процессы создания предпринимательских организаций, измерить и оценить уровень развития предпринимательства в различных сферах экономики. Показано, что усилия специалистов необходимо направить на исследование происходящих изменений экономической среды и способов создания предпринимателями разнообразных форм нового капитала.
