Методика Разработки Конкурентной Стратегии Для Оператора Связи

Abstract

В статье описывается авторская методика разработки конкурентной стратегии для оператора связи, позволяющая сформулировать основные конкурентные преимущества, выработать стратегию для дальнейшего развития телекоммуникационной компании. Методика базируется на проведенном автором исследовании, выявившем структуру внутренних факторов конкурентоспособности (11 групп, 21 фактор) компаний в телекоммуникационной отрасли в соответствии с последними экономическими теориями в области конкуренции. Оценка факторов проведена методами экспертной оценки с формализацией по шкале Е. Харингтона. Выделены основная и второстепенная группы факторов, влияющие на конкурентоспособность компании, выявлены основные составляющие механизма получения конкурентных преимуществ в телекоммуникационной отрасли и их влияние на конкурентоспособность организации, предложена алгоритмизированная схема действий для разработки и успешной реализации конкурентной стратегии.
