Abstract

Рынок алкогольной продукции представляет особый интерес для научного экономического анализа, так как он обладает особой спецификой, являясь одним из важнейших источников пополнения бюджета. Алкогольный рынок имеет свою особенность, порождающую необходимость активного государственного регулирования процессов производства, потребления, предложения и спроса данной продукции. Рынок не в состоянии самостоятельно ограничивать спрос и потребление алкогольной продукции. С позиций же социальной справедливости очень важным является ограничение спроса и чрезмерного потребления такого вредного блага, как алкоголь. Возникает необходимость инициативного вмешательства государства и в процесс создания предложения на алкогольную продукцию, ценообразования на нее, а также регулирования процессов распределения и перераспределения доходов от ее производства и реализации. Целью исследования является изучение механизмов государственного регулирования рынка алкогольной продукции в Российской Федерации.
