Abstract

Сегодня одной из наиболее актуальных тем исследований, проводимых ведущими международными организациями (ОЭСР, ВТО и ЮНКТАД), является проблематика формирования глобальных цепочек создания стоимости (ГЦСС). В данной работе речь пойдет о том, каким образом фундаментальные сдвиги в модели формирования стоимости товаров и услуг уже влияют и могут повлиять на стратегию государств по регулированию системы организации внешнеэкономических связей. Данная статья посвящена изучению вопроса о причинах возрастающей фрагментации производства в мировом масштабе и выборе странами формы участия в ГЦСС. В статье рассматриваются теоретические аспекты встраивания стран в глобальные цепочки создания стоимости в различных формах, и дается оценка перспектив развития национальных экономик в рамках ГЦСС на примере Японии, Тайваня, Южной Кореи и Китая. Производится также сравнительный анализ форм участия указанных стран в ГЦСС.
