Abstract

В статье описаны возможности применения системного рейтингового метода для оценки конкурентоспособности сотрудников организации. В систему методов включается оценка личностного потенциала, социально-психологических характеристик, уровень профессиональной и управленческой компетентности сотрудников. Итогом применения этого метода является рейтинг деловой оценки специалистов организации, наглядно представляющий относительный потенциал сотрудников и являющийся научно обоснованным показателем для дальнейших кадровых изменений.
