Abstract

Статья посвящена вопросам проявления конкуренции на страховом рынке Российской Федерации применительно к различным каналам продаж страховых услуг. Проанализированы особенности конкуренции при продажах страховых услуг через брокеров и страховые агентства, через автодилеров, через кредитные организации. Выявлены и обоснованы особенности канальной и межканальной конкуренции на страховом рынке. Описаны внешние и внутренние факторы конкурентоспособности страховых услуг при продаже через различных посредников. Представлены результаты исследования по оценке конкурентоспособности страховых услуг в автосалонах.
