Конкурентная Среда: Границы Экономического Агента (Трансакционный Аспект Проблемы)

Abstract

Статье акцентируется внимание на проблеме отождествления границ экономических агентов. Несмотря на видимую простоту, решение вопроса наталкивается на ряд существенных трудностей взаимоувязки концепций определения границ с институциональной теорией. Имеющие место методологические противоречия заключаются в строгости существующего подхода, когда границы есть нечто, возникающее либо под воздействием внутренних, либо внешних импульсов. В разрешение вопроса предлагается интеграционная модель, основанная на соотношении трансакционных затрат. В работе обобщаются и систематизируются теоретические представления о природе образования границ экономических агентов. Показывается важность свойства проницаемости границ на микрои макроуровнях: в переконструировании характеристик хозяйствующих субъектов и установлении вязкости экономической среды (силы трения.
