Abstract

В статье рассматриваются проблемы анализа конкурентоспособности бизнеса государственных предприятий на основе стоимостного подхода к принятию решений. Автором определяются особенности и факторы, влияющие на стоимость и конкурентоспособность отечественных унитарных предприятий и долей участия в уставном капитале хозяйственных обществ, принадлежащих государству, формулируются предложения по критериям оценки конкурентоспособности предприятий с долей участия государства.
