Региональная Специфика Воспроизводства Человеческого Капитала На Примере Северо-Кавказского Федерального Округа

Abstract

Статья посвящена крайне актуальной в настоящее время проблеме воспроизводства человеческого капитала. В работе рассматриваются как теоретические вопросы, так и практические аспекты воспроизводства человеческого капитала на мезоуровне на примере Северо-Кавказского федерального округа. Выявлено серьезное отставание округа по показателям воспроизводства человеческого капитала от среднероссийского уровня. Однако, несмотря на низкие показатели социально-экономического развития в целом, округ занимает лидирующие позиции в отношении демографии и здоровьесбережения, что, на наш взгляд, объясняется этнокультурными особенностями человеческого капитала в округе. На основе проведенного анализа выявлена региональная специфика воспроизводства человеческого капитала.
