Механизмы Поддержки Частного Предпринимательства В Системе Государственного Капитализма

Abstract

Основными проблемами развития института частного предпринимательства в России являются неэффективность мер поддержки государства и отсутствие компетенций у самих предпринимателей. В настоящей статье автор анализирует действующие механизмы развития малого и среднего бизнеса, которые при эффективной реализации предвещают увеличение доли самозанятых граждан, налоговых поступлений в бюджет и улучшение качества жизни. Целью статьи является выработка прикладных методов и механизмов для развития института предпринимательства, перед которым стоит задача формирования современного высокоразвитого общества. Рассмотрены механизмы поддержки малых предпринимателей Китая, а также проблемы механизмов поисковых фондов и миттельштанд. Практическая значимость заключается в анализе действующих механизмов поддержки малого и среднего бизнеса с целью выработки новых механизмов трансформации российской экономики.
