Военно-Экономическое Значение «Ленд-Лиза» Для Ссср

Abstract

В статье проводится эмпирический анализ военно-экономического значения поставок западных союзников в СССР по линии «ленд-лиза». Автор дает характеристику связанных с процессом становления «ленд-лиза» для СССР советско-американских отношений. Дается описание технических вопросов осуществления программы «ленд-лиза» на начальном этапе Великой Отечественной войны. Впервые в отечественной экономической историографии проводится краткий анализ масштабов поставок американской продукции в СССР вне программы «ленд-лиза». Впервые также дан анализ значения поставок из стран Запада в СССР военной продукции, с точки зрения оценки стоимости советского военного производства в 1941-1942 гг. на базе фактического обменного курса рубля к доллару.
