Abstract

В сложной внешнеполитической и внешнеэкономической ситуации государству необходимо не только сохранить социально-экономическую стабильность, но и стимулировать рост российской экономики и её регионов. Существует потребность в мобилизации экономической политики, направленной на консолидацию всех имеющихся экономических ресурсов в наиболее значимые для экономического роста региональные проекты и программы, а также на всестороннюю поддержку вложений частных капиталов в инновации. В статье рассмотрены предпосылки создания программы импортозамещения в угледобывающей отрасли Ростовской области, направленной на освоение региональным производителем продукции и технологий, позволяющих вывести рынок на более высокий уровень оснащенности с целью поддержания стабильности в условиях ограниченных поставок комплектующих и материалов из-за рубежа.
