Abstract

Применение стратегии импортозамещения предполагает рост промышленного производства и производительности труда посредством увеличения загрузки производственных мощностей. Анализ динамики показателя уровня загрузки производственных мощностей в развитых и развивающихся странах свидетельствует о том, что выделяется устойчивая группа стран с низким уровнем загрузки производственных мощностей, к которой относится и Россия. В статье обосновано, что реализация политики протекционизма в отношении отечественного промышленного производства предполагает рост уровня загрузки производственных мощностей.
