Abstract

Макроэкономические трансформации мирового рынка энергоресурсов последних лет сформировали основную тенденцию развития современного нефтегазового комплекса – консолидацию и интеграцию предприятий отрасли для поддержания собственной конкурентоспособности и обеспечения устойчивого стратегического развития бизнеса. В данной связи актуализируются вопросы построения механизмов эффективных партнерских взаимодействий и управления интеграционными процессами нефтегазового комплекса (НГК) на общенациональном и региональном уровнях. В статье охарактеризованы специфические условия функционирования нефтегазовых предприятий на Юге России, определены факторы, препятствующие интеграции региона в структуру общероссийского НГК, а также сформулированы направления и меры активизации инновационного развития нефтегазовой отрасли Юга России.
