Совершенствование Социально-Экономического Партнерства На Молодежном Сегменте Рынка Труда: Институциональные Формы И Механизм Реализации

Abstract

В статье рассмотрены институциональные особенности и формы социально-экономического партнерства как института регулирования молодежного сегмента рынка труда. Использование междисциплинарного подхода в сочетании с методологией институционализма формирует новые возможности для решения проблем молодежной занятости через направления совершенствования инструментария социально-экономического партнерства на молодежном сегменте рынка труда Ростовской области. Рассмотрена классификация форм социально-экономического партнерства в его формальном и неформальном аспектах, определены методы реализации механизма социально-экономического партнерства при первичном и вторичном трудоустройстве молодежи.
