Институциональное Проектирование Стратегии Реиндустриализации: Перспективы Донской Экономики

Abstract

В статье анализируются четко тестируемые тенденции снижения темпов макроэкономической динамики России вследствие развивающейся с 2012 г. стагнации, перерастающей в рецессию. Обосновано возрастание роли государства как институционального инноватора, осуществляющего институциональное проектирование, в осложняющихся условиях экономического развития России в 2015 г., обусловленное действием ряда факторов. Оценены перспективы реализация стратегии импортозамещения, определены ее институциональные условия, в т.ч. на региональном уровне.
