Abstract

Анализируется история развития российской компании «Технониколь», которая за немногим более чем 20 лет с нуля сумела в 2013 году стать 126 компанией среди 400 крупнейших российских компаний и одной из крупнейших в мире по производству кровельных и теплоизоляционных материалов. Данные компании оцениваются с точки зрения их достоверности. Выявляются факторы этого весьма редкого в российской обрабатывающей промышленности успеха. Среди них выделяются выдающиеся личные качества ее основателей и особенности отраслей ее деятельности. Особенное внимание уделяется редкому в России бережному отношению к талантливым сотрудникам. История компании «Технониколь» рассматривается в контексте места российской буржуазии в современной российской экономике и обществе. Показывается, что успех компании обусловливается сочетанием комплекса редко встречающихся в России факторов, особенно, ограниченности количества талантливых людей вследствие огромных потерь человеческого капитала в России в 20 веке и начале 21 века.
