Структурный Анализ Собственности: Принцип Оптимума

Abstract

В статье приводятся результаты структурного анализа собственности в аспекте двух её базовых элементов государственной и частной собственности. Главное внимание уделено критериям оценки эффективности функционирования этих видов собственности, а также обоснованию целесообразности процесса приватизации и национализации собственности. Предлагается принцип оптимума структуры собственности в экономической системе. Исходя из обоснования теоретических критериев проведения приватизации и национализации в экономике, анализируются общие ошибки и следствия приватизации в транзитивных экономиках, на примере российской хозяйственной системы.
