Экономическое Значение Образования В Контексте Теорий Социального Капитала И Групп Интересов

Abstract

В статье рассматриваются факторы, определяющие ценность образования с точки зрения концепций образовательных сигналов и социального капитала. В контексте данных концепций изучается специфика высшего образования и эволюция его значения от формирования элиты до массовой подготовки специалистов. На основе концепции групп интересов показаны различия во взглядах относительно значения и наилучшего способа организации системы высшего образования. Изучены тенденции изменения численности основных групп интересов в российском высшем образовании. Выявлены некоторые проблемы, препятствующие повышению эффективности высшего образования в России.
