Применение Банковской Гарантии Как Инструмента Обеспечения Участия В Процедурах Государственных Закупок

Abstract

В работе дается экономическая и правовая характеристика положения, связанного с использованием банковских гарантий при проведении государственных и муниципальных закупок. Приведен перечень нормативных актов, регулирующих институт банковских гарантий в рамках контрактной системы. Показаны технология предоставления гарантий, основы взаимодействия поставщика и банка, примерная схема взаимодействия банковских подразделений. Приводится перечень документов, необходимых поставщику для получения гарантии. Делаются выводы относительно барьеров на пути применения этого финансового инструмента и перспектив использования данного способа обеспечения обязательств поставщиков.
