Abstract

Государственно-частное партнёрство (ГЧП) является одним из наиболее эффективных инструментов развития национальной инфраструктуры. При этом сложность проектов ГЧП, связанная с их большой капиталоемкостью, длительными сроками окупаемости и необходимостью нахождения оптимального баланса интересов государства, частной стороны и кредиторов, делает актуальным вопрос их эффективного структурирования, что является залогом успешной реализации проекта ГЧП в целом.
