Зависимость От Предшествующего Пути Развития И Создание Пути Развития Как Важнейшие Концепции В Эволюционной Экономике

Abstract

Данная статья посвящена изложению основных положений концепции зависимости от предшествующего пути развития (path dependence) и концепции создания пути развития (path creation). В статье определяется значение данных концепций для эволюционной экономики. Приведены примеры использования концепции зависимости от предшествующего пути развития для анализа технологических и институциональных изменений. В работе систематизированы причины, определяющие зависимость от предшествующего пути развития. Продемонстрировано значение математических и физических аналогий при формальном моделировании зависимости от предшествующего пути развития. Рассмотрены критика и различные попытки опровержения концепции зависимости от предшествующего пути развития. Концепция создания пути развития интерпретируется как пример совершенствования концепции зависимости от предшествующего пути развития. Автор предпринимает попытку синтеза идей эволюционной концепции создания пути развития и неоинституциональной концепции групп интересов для оценки влияния предпринимателей, групп и организаций на формирование направления институциональных изменений.
