Abstract

В статье ставится задача проанализировать различные отрасли российской экономики на начальном этапе функционирования в рамках Всемирной Торговой Организации. На основе анализа предложены дальнейшие меры их развития как в России, так и в Ростовской области, в частности. Именно в этот переходный период можно заложить успешные основы для будущего развития отраслей народного хозяйства и снизить неизбежные негативные последствия вступления России в ВТО.
