Abstract

В статье анализируется изученная в монографии проблема несовершенства законотворчества при принятии норма- тивных правовых актов, когда игнорируются государственно-правовые закономерности. Рассматривается позиция автора о том, что нормативные правовые акты должны удовлетворять не амбиции законодателей, а законные интересы граждан и государства. Подчеркивается практическая польза от тех правовых мер, которые предлагает автор для стабилизации экономики. Разбирается идея создания общей теории борьбы с преступностью и отношение автора к современной криминологии. Оценивается попытка автора подогнать уголовное право под стратегические задачи, стоящие перед Россией в разных сферах жизнедеятельности.
