Abstract

Цель: повышение эффективности оперативно-розыскной деятельности органов внутренних дел по подрыву экономических основ организованных преступных групп. Методы: диалектический метод познания. Результаты: На основе оценки мнений разных ученых в изучаемой сфере, а также зарубежного и отечественного опыта обоснована необходимость оперативно-розыскной деятельности по подрыву экономических основ организованных преступных групп. Научная новизна: Выявлены новые проблемы осуществления оперативно-розыскной деятельности органов внутренних дел по подрыву экономических основ организованных преступных групп; обоснована необходимость осуществления и определены условия осуществления оперативно-розыскной деятельности органов внутренних дел по подрыву экономических основ организованных преступных групп. Практическая значимость: проявляется в возможности совершенствования оперативно-розыскной деятельности по подрыву экономических основ организованной преступности.
