Методика Оценки Эффективности Государственных Инновационных Услуг Отрасли Связи Республики Татарстан

Abstract

Цель: разработка методики оценки эффективности внедрения государственных инновационных услуг. Методы: графический, экономико-математический, а также методы построения трендов и прогнозирования. Результаты: разработана методика оценки эффективности инновационных услуг отрасли связи Республики Татарстан, позволяющая осуществлять комплексный анализ тенденций, существующих в сфере оказания государственных инновационных услуг. Научная новизна: разработана методика оценки эффективности инновационных услуг отрасли связи Республики Татарстан, позволяющая осуществлять комплексный анализ тенденций, существующих в сфере оказания государственных инновационных услуг. Практическая значимость: предложенная в статье методика может быть использована в работе министерства информатизации и связи в целях продвижения государственных инновационных услуг. Высокая практическая направленность заключается в том, что данная методика фактически может стать инструментом детального и глубокого анализа в построении эффективной работы ведомства.
