Концепция Законности Нормативных Правовых Актов И Ее Отражение В Региональном Законодательстве

Abstract

Цель: рассмотреть применение принципа законности в нормативных правовых актах регионального законодательства. Методы: диалектический метод познания. Результаты: На основе теоретического анализа представленных определений «законности» сделан вывод о составляющих данного термина. Анализ нормативных правовых актов субъектов РФ показал, что принцип законности раскрывается более полно в региональном законодательстве, чем в федеральном. Научная новизна: дана оценка принципа законности в содержании нормативных правовых актах субъектов РФ. Практическая значимость: Представленные в работе теоретические положения могут быть использованы в научной и правоприменительной деятельности.
