Abstract

В условиях инновационного вектора развития экономики России в сестороннее исследование и анализ тенденций развития общественного благосостояния приведет к наиболее полному раскрытию характера социально-экономического прогресса, основанного на все возрастающем значении человеческого капитала, сектора услуг и информационно-коммуникационных технологий (далее – ИКТ). Изучение факторов, определяющих динамику уровня жизни населения и анализ степени их влияния на повышение благосостояния, позволяет разработать обобщающий интегральный показатель – показатель уровня благосостояния российского населения и спрогнозировать его значения на краткосрочную перспективу.
