О Системе Правовых Средств Обеспечения Предпринимательской Деятельности Без Образования Юридического Лица

Abstract

В статье рассматриваются правовые средства, обеспечивающие осуществление предпринимательской деятельности без образования юридического лица. Оцениваются общетеоретические понятия «правовые средства» и «правовое обеспечение», раскрываются особенности правовых средств обеспечения предпринимательской деятельности в определенной системе. Обосновывается комплексное применение частноправовых и публично-правовых средств, направленное на эффективную реализацию субъективных прав.
