Abstract

В статье рассматриваются институциональные преобразования, направленные на обеспечение устойчивого развития; обозначается ряд основных институциональных проблем, препятствующих эффективному управлению устойчивым развитием; обосновывается необходимость дальнейших институциональных преобразований, призванных способствовать экономическому росту с одновременным обеспечением экологической безопасности и социальной стабильности.
