Abstract

В статье рассматриваются основы деятельности органов прокуратуры в бюджетной сфере и анализируются вопросы бюджетного законодательства, находящиеся вне ведения органов прокуратуры. Исследование функционального назначения прокуратуры посредством определения предмета, объектов прокурорского надзора за исполнением бюджетного законодательства с установлением его пределов показало наличие объективной потребности в прокурорском надзоре в бюджетной сфере без нарушения принципов бюджетно-публичного устройства России.
