Соотношение Терминов «Юридический Акт» И «Правовой Акт» В Отечественной Юриспруденции

Abstract

В статье выявляется соотношение терминов «юридический акт» и «правовой акт». Показано, что указанные термины в отечественной юриспруденции используются для обозначения разных явлений правовой действительности и несут каждый в отдельности самостоятельную смысловую нагрузку. В целях повышения качества терминологического оборота в отечественной юриспруденции предлагается разграничить вышеуказанные термины и использовать каждый из них исключительно при обозначении тех явлений правовой действительности, сущность которых они отражают.
