Abstract

В статье рассматривается сложившийся к настоящему времени международно-правовой режим морских пространств Арктики. Особое внимание уделено рассмотрению вопроса о спорах между арктическими государствами о разграничении исключительной экономической зоны и континентального шельфа. Для выработки позиции по данной проблеме предлагается в тексте Конвенции 1982 г. или в приложениях к ней детализировать порядок принятия решения о делимитации морских границ.
