Abstract

В статье рассматриваются правовые инструменты, выраженные в гражданско-правовых средствах, осуществляющие регулирование инвестиционной деятельности. Впервые в юридической литературе дается понятие гражданско-правового средства воздействия на инвестиционную деятельность. Обосновывается системность этих правовых средств. Развивается точка зрения о наличии межотраслевого взаимодействия между гражданско-правовыми средствами воздействия на инвестиционную деятельность и правовыми средствами иных отраслей права.
