Совершенствование Антикоррупционного Запрета На Дарение С Учетом Опыта Фрг

Abstract

В статье рассматриваются проблемы, возникающие при реализации запрета на получение подарков государственными и муниципальными служащими в связи с должностным положением в России, в частности, толкование терминов «обычный подарок», «подарок в связи с должностным положением», процедуры оценки подарка и передачи подарка в бюджет, исключения из общего запрета. С учетом положительного опыта Германии предлагаются основные направления по совершенствованию запрета на дарение в России.
