Abstract

Статья посвящена проблеме появления в гражданском обороте ароматических и курительных смесей («спайсов»), содержащих в своем составе опасные для жизни и здоровья потребителей наркотические вещества. Рассмотрено уголовно-правовое реагирование на случаи нарушения правил хранения и реализации курительных смесей. Высказаны предложения по внесению изменений в административное законодательство с целью более полной защиты жизни и здоровья потребителей от воздействия наркотических средств, психотропных веществ, а также от различного рода товаров, опасных для жизни или здоровья потребителей.
