Abstract

В статье формулируется понятие антикоррупционной экспертизы и анализируются принципы антикоррупционной экспертизы, закрепленные в Федеральном законе от 17 июля 2009 г. № 172-ФЗ «Об антикоррупционной экспертизе нормативных правовых актов и проектов нормативных правовых актов».
