Abstract

В статье рассматриваются некоторые аспекты применения правил о купле-продаже и договоре дарения к отношениям сторон договора ренты. Сделан вывод о субсидиарном применения конкретных норм о купле-продаже и дарении к отношениям по передаче и оплате рентного имущества.
