Abstract

В статье дается уголовно-правовая характеристика квалифицирующих и особо квалифицирующих признаков состава преступления, предусмотренного статьей 175 УК РФ. Используются разъяснения Пленума Верховного Суда РФ по различным категориям уголовных дел применительно к исследуемому составу преступления, а также международной конвенции о противодействии транснациональной организованной преступности.
