Abstract

В статье рассматриваются преступления, связанные с регистрацией, правовой охраной и использованием товарных знаков, знаков обслуживания, наименования мест происхождения товаров или сходных с ними обозначений для однородных объектов и общественные отношения, связанные с использованием предупредительной маркировки в отношении незарегистрированного в РФ товарного знака или наименования места происхождения товара.
