Abstract

Агропромышленный комплекс (АПК) один из важнейших секторов национальной политики, за счет которого в стране более чем на 70% формируется рынок потребительских товаров, изготавливаемых из сельскохозяйственного сырья. В связи с этим агропромышленный комплекс должен пользоваться государственной поддержкой. Решение острейших социально-экономических проблем села потребует не только максимальной концентрации сил и средств хозяйств. Их осуществление не представляется возможным без целевой государственной республиканской помощи, без коренной перестройки структуры бюджета контроля над природными ресурсами и возврата их в государственную собственность.
