Abstract

Труд осужденных в следственных изоляторах имеет весьма специфический характер: с одной стороны он определяется экономическими потребностями, с другой служит цели исправления. Соответственно, имеются довольно большие проблемы в организации труда в изоляторах. В статье предлагаются новые пути для решения сложнейших проблем в данной сфере, в том числе и нетрадиционные для российской уголовно-исполнительной практики.
