Abstract

В условиях современной российской криминальной ситуации противоправное использование и применение холодного, в том числе метательного, оружия имеет широкое распространение. В статье на основе анализа опубликованных в научной литературе точек зрения сделаны авторские выводы и предложения о понятии и признаках такого оружия как предмета преступления, о его классификациях, об изменении действующего законодательства.
