Abstract

В статье рассматривается понятие планомерности как способ движения общественного производства, нацеленный на достижение, по меньшей мере, двух важных задач, во-первых, на формирование и сохранение связей между структурными звеньями экономики и, во-вторых, на сочетание экономических интересов хозяйствующих субъектов. В публикации также освещаются предпосылки и последствия скачкообразной трансформации сущности планомерности, вызванной реформированием хозяйственного механизма и кризисными явлениями, происходящими в недрах российской экономики. Автор предлагает широкий спектр мер и методов преодоления проблемных мест отечественной экономики в рамках функционирования обновленной усовершенствованной парадигмы планомерности.
