Abstract

Рассматриваются проблемы развития инновационной сферы России с учетом достигнутого уровня, мировых тенденций и перспектив как науки, так и условий социально экономического развития. Исследования проводились в рамках Программы Президиума РАН «Анализ и прогноз долгосрочных тенденций научного и технологического развития: Россия и мир». Полученные результаты позволили сделать выводы относительно перспективных целей и возможных способов их достижения.
