Концепция Устойчивого Развития Как Методологическая Основа Формирования Стратегии Предприятий Нефтяного Комплекса

Abstract

В статье обосновывается необходимость использования предприятиями нефтяного комплекса в качестве методической основы их стратегии концепцию устойчивого развития, согласно которой природные ресурсы рассматриваются в качестве природного капитала, аналогичного по своим качествам финансовым средствам. Исследуются труды российских и зарубежных ученых по теории устойчивого развития с различных точек зрения, а также Концепция перехода Российской Федерации к устойчивому развитию, базовые критерии устойчивости, особенности управления промышленными предприятиями в области природопользования и окружающей среды. Установлено, что реализация идей устойчивого развития «нефть для будущих поколений» имеет не только нравственно-экологическую составляющую, но и финансовые показатели. Если компании инвестируют средства на геолого-разведывательные работы в достаточном объеме для поддержания роста доказанных запасов сырья, то это неизбежно повысит уровень ее капитализации.
