Abstract

Социальный аспект глобализации характерен тем, что в здравоохранении все большее распространение получают рыночные механизмы, превращая медицинскую помощь в товар на «рынке, торгующем услугами». В условиях неизбежности глобализации эксперты ВОЗ рекомендуют соблюсти единый мировой тренд в здравоохранении: доступность, справедливость, качество медицинского обслуживания. Это зачастую контрпродуктивно, как констатируют эти же эксперты ВОЗ. В большинстве случаев, к сожалению, эффект оказывается обратным. Общим в реформировании здравоохранения в современном мире глобализации является государственный способ финансирования и регулирования здравоохранения, включая обязательное медицинское страхование (ОМС) и государственные гарантии бесплатной медицинской помощи с акцентом на профилактику.
