Abstract

В статье рассматриваются современные процессы формирования и развития морской транспортной системы в российской Арктике, анализируются ее проблемные точки и резервы роста. Показано состояние и перспективы развития грузового специализированного флота ледового класса и атомных ледоколов. Особое внимание уделено инфраструктуре, портовому хозяйству, обоснованы возможности создания портовых особых экономических зон. Систематизированы направления модернизации арктической морской транспортной системы.
