Анализ Современного Положения Иностранных Юридических Лиц На Территории Российской Федерации

Abstract

Выполнен анализ современного положения иностранных юридических лиц на территории Российской Федерации. В рамках исследования общих положений, рассмотрены такие вопросы как значение определения национальности юридического лица и основные критерии ее определения, государственная принадлежность юридических лиц и понятие личного закона и личного статута. Установлено, какие вопросы определяются личным законом юридического лица. Особое внимание уделено рассмотрению правовых основ деятельности иностранных юридических лиц в Российской Федерации и основных видов такой деятельности, разрешенных в нашей стране.
