Abstract

Фондовый рынок еще не стал интегральной частью российской экономики. Российский рынок ценных бумаг характеризуется ограниченным составом участников, незначительными емкостью и глубиной. Фундаментальными задачами развития фондового рынка являются: защита прав потребителей и участников рынка финансовых услуг; решение проблемы инсайдерской информации; создание механизма правоприменения, обеспечивающего эффективную реализацию правовых норм; создание судебной системы, способной решать хозяйственные споры. Решение проблемы инновационности инвестиций требует расширения набора экспортных продуктов и перевооружения на государственном уровне производственной базы всех отраслей, в том числе базовых и традиционных.
